Privacy Policy

These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Dashboard Local platform, software, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge your legal agreement to these Terms and to Dashboard Local’s Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform.
“Dashboard Local,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dashboard Local. “You,” “User,” and “Customer” refer to the person or business using the Platform.
1. Platform Description & Licensing
Dashboard Local provides a software-as-a-service platform designed to support business communication, lead management, networking, marketing workflows, and automated follow-up. Core functionality may include, but is not limited to:
● CRM contact management
● automated workflows
● digital business cards
● email and SMS communication
● review and reputation automation
● lead capture
● scheduling
● funnels and pages
● communication tracking
● reporting and analytics
Dashboard Local operates using the GoHighLevel software infrastructure and technology environment. By using Dashboard Local, you acknowledge that certain functionality, data processing, and automated services are powered by GoHighLevel and subject to its operational capabilities. Dashboard Local is an independent provider and is not owned by or legally affiliated with GoHighLevel other than through licensed use of the underlying platform.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business operations.
2. “AS-IS” Services
The Platform and related services are provided strictly “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Dashboard Local makes no promise of continuous operation, uptime, message delivery, email deliverability, SMS deliverability, automation completion, or uninterrupted system access.
You assume all responsibility for any data loss, platform downtime, messaging failure, or performance limitations.
3. Modification of Terms
Dashboard Local may revise, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
4. Modification of Platform
Dashboard Local reserves the right to modify, alter, remove, or discontinue any service, product, feature, or component of the Platform at any time without liability to you.
5. Messaging, Calling & Usage Costs
Dashboard Local uses third-party providers for outbound calling, inbound calling, SMS, MMS, and email sending. You acknowledge and agree:
● messaging usage incurs additional charges
● call activity may incur per-minute or subscription fees
● email activity may incur additional fees
● carrier and regulatory fees may apply
● pricing may fluctuate
● fees are billed separately from the Platform subscription
Messaging inside social accounts (such as Instagram, Facebook, or Google Business Messages) may not currently carry a messaging fee, but external platform policy changes are outside Dashboard Local’s control.
6. Platform Infrastructure, Snapshots & Transfer Restrictions
Dashboard Local operates through GoHighLevel’s backend infrastructure. GoHighLevel includes snapshot functionality used to install automations and platform assets into GoHighLevel accounts.
For intellectual property protection and platform stability:
Dashboard Local does not create snapshots for the purpose of transferring assets out of the Platform.
If you leave Dashboard Local:
● you must recreate your funnels, workflows, websites, automations, and templates in your new GoHighLevel account or alternative system
● Dashboard Local does not export, duplicate, rebuild, or migrate assets for you
Dashboard Local may, at its discretion, provide general transition guidance but is not obligated to assist in rebuilding your systems elsewhere.
7. Account Transfer Policy
GoHighLevel enables technical sub-account transfers; however, Dashboard Local only participates in sub-account transfers when part of:
● an official acquisition,
● a merger, or
● an agreed business transition between GoHighLevel agencies.
Dashboard Local does not facilitate one-time sub-account transfers out of the Dashboard Local environment. This policy prevents:
● data failure,
● workflow malfunction,
● system inconsistency,
● and loss of intellectual property.
If you discontinue Dashboard Local, you agree to manually rebuild your assets elsewhere.
8. Payment Terms & Subscription Billing
You agree to maintain an active payment method. Subscription charges are billed automatically based on your plan selection:
● monthly subscriptions renew monthly
● annual subscriptions renew annually
● Your payment method may also be charged for:
● usage fees
● add-ons
● overages
● additional services
If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued.
Dashboard Local reserves the right to update prices or subscription structures with notice.
9. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed. Any published refund policy at the time of purchase applies. If you do not agree with refund terms, do not continue with the purchase or use of Dashboard Local.
10. Privacy, Data Processing & Compliance
Dashboard Local acts as a data processor under applicable privacy regulations. Users uploading customer information act as data controllers.
Dashboard Local:
● does not sell personal information,
● processes data only for system usage,
● may transfer data to secure third-party processors (including GoHighLevel),
● may access limited information for security and support purposes.
● Your use of Dashboard Local constitutes agreement with our Privacy Policy.
11. Export Compliance
You agree not to export, transmit, repurpose, or make available Platform content or data in violation of U.S. export laws or GoHighLevel ecosystem rules.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Texas, and you waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction.
13. Limitation of Liability
Dashboard Local is not responsible for:
● lost profits
● lost business opportunities
● lost data
● downtime
● interrupted workflows
● missed leads
● automation failures
● deliverability delays
● platform issues caused by GoHighLevel or carriers
Total liability is limited to the fees paid during the preceding sixty (60) days.
14. Intellectual Property
All workflows, automations, templates, training, layouts, and related assets remain the property of Dashboard Local and may not be repackaged, resold, transferred, or claimed as your own.
15. User Responsibilities & Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for:
● obtaining customer opt-in for messaging
● complying with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and similar regulations
● carrier registration requirements
● message content legality
● data accuracy and protection
Dashboard Local does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory compliance.
16. SMS/Text Messaging Compliance
Dashboard Local offers SMS communications for marketing outreach, confirming orders, and responding to website inquiries. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to these services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (737) 345-2456. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or contact us at (737) 345-2456.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Grace Lanni Agency. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with posted policies and the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Dashboard Local and supersede any prior written or verbal agreements relating to your use of the Platform.
