11. Data Processing Role (GDPR)

When Dashboard Local processes personal information about individuals located in the EU or UK, Dashboard Local acts as a data processor.

The user uploading or controlling the data acts as the data controller. Dashboard Local only processes this information:

In the event personal data is compromised as a result of a security breach of Dashboard Local infrastructure, Dashboard Local will notify impacted users in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
