This Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations work for Dashboard Local. By subscribing to and using Dashboard Local, you agree to the terms outlined below, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
“Dashboard Local,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Dashboard Local. “You” and “Customer” refer to the person or business that holds a subscription.
IMPORTANT: 30-Day Notice & Required Cancellation Form
Dashboard Local requires a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice for all subscription cancellations.
To ensure your request is properly received and processed, all cancellation requests must be submitted through our official cancellation form:
● The cancellation form is the only valid method for submitting a cancellation request.
● Your 30-day notice period begins only after the form has been successfully submitted.
We do NOT accept cancellations via:
● Text message (SMS/MMS)
● Chat or messaging platforms
● Phone calls
Any request submitted through these methods will not be processed or considered valid.
Due to the high volume of communications, messages sent through other channels may be missed or delayed. To ensure accuracy and proper handling, the cancellation form is required.
Failure to submit the cancellation form means your request is not valid, and your subscription will remain active and billable.
1. General Cancellation Terms
● All subscriptions to Dashboard Local are recurring until cancelled by you.
● A minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice is required.
● You may cancel at any time with a required 30-day notice.
● All payments are non-refundable. Dashboard Local does not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:
‣ unused time,
‣ unused features,
‣ unused message credits, or
‣ mid-cycle cancellations.
After cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be billed for future periods (unless you later resubscribe).
2. Month-to-Month Subscriptions
If you are on a month-to-month plan:
● You may cancel at any time with the required 30-day notice.
● Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
● You will not receive a refund for any portion of the billing cycle that has already been charged.
● Future billing will stop after your effective cancellation date.
3. Data Retention & Account Deactivation
When you cancel your subscription:
● Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
● After your billing period ends, your account may be deactivated, and your data may be permanently deleted at any time thereafter.
● It is your responsibility to:
‣ export or download any data you wish to keep (contacts, pipelines, workflows, websites, funnels, call logs, etc.) before your account is deactivated, and
‣ ensure you have copies of any assets you may need in the future.
● Dashboard Local provides users with the option to temporarily hold their account for a monthly fee of $40 in order to preserve account data while pausing active use of the Platform. During the hold period, account access is disabled and no changes can be made. Account holds may be available for up to six (6) months, during which data will remain stored as long as the hold fee is paid. To resume full access, users must request reactivation by contacting Dashboard Local support at support@dashboardlocal.com, after which normal platform functionality and standard subscription billing will resume.
Once data is deleted as part of account deactivation and cleanup, it cannot be restored.
4. Non-Refundable Items
To avoid any confusion, the following are non-refundable under all circumstances (except where required by law):
● Subscription fees (monthly, annual, or any other term)
● Setup fees, onboarding fees, or implementation fees
● Telephony usage, call minutes, SMS/MMS messages, carrier fees
● Email sending costs or marketing usage fees
● Add-on services or upgrades
● Any unused platform features or credits
Dashboard Local does not provide refunds or credits for:
periods of inactivity,
● partial months,
● unused platform capacity, or
● choosing to stop using the Platform before the end of a billing period.
5. Downgrading Instead of Cancelling
In some cases, you may prefer to downgrade instead of cancel:
● You may request to move from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan (if available).
● Downgrades will generally take effect on the next billing cycle, unless otherwise arranged.
● Features, limits, and access will be adjusted according to your new plan.

6. Company-Initiated Termination
Dashboard Local reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
● you violate our Terms of Service,
● misuse or abuse the platform or communication tools,
● engage in illegal, abusive, or spam behavior, or
● fail to maintain a valid payment method or have unpaid balances.
● In the event of company-initiated termination for cause:
● No refunds or credits will be issued.
Your access may be suspended or terminated immediately.
7. Policy Changes
● Dashboard Local may update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
The “Last updated” date will reflect any changes.
● Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Cancellation Process
To cancel your Dashboard Local subscription, please follow these steps:
● Submit your request using the official cancellation form.
● Complete all required fields, including:
‣ Full name
‣ Business name (if applicable)
‣ Account email
‣ Any required verification details
Important:
● Your 30-day notice begins only after the form is submitted.
● Incomplete submissions may delay processing.
After Submission:
● Our team will confirm receipt within 1–2 business days
● Your cancellation will be scheduled according to the 30-day notice requirement
● Your account will remain active until the effective cancellation date
● Before deactivation, ensure you download any important data, as deleted data cannot be recovered.
